I’m a huge fan of challenging myself. It’s really fun to try something new and 30 days helps me to keep disciplined, focused and most of all, consistent. I’ve also found this to be the optimal timeframe when learning a new habit or really getting immersed in an experience.
You can find all of my completed 30-day challenges here!
I’m always up for suggestions for new and unique challenges, so I’d love to hear any of your ideas.

I Didn’t Procrastinate at Work for 30 Days – Here’s What Happened
This may sound like a strange challenge. But I am going to be doing a 30 day challenge where I don’t procrastinate at work – at all. You may think that you already do this – but are there times you are at work and you just don’t feel like starting that large project and …

No Social Media for 30 Days
I’ve decided to do a 30-day challenge to stop using social media. I’ve read a lot about people performing ‘dopamine detoxes’ and similar detox style methods of removing certain things from their life (such as social media, tv, notifications, emails, etc.). People have found this to improve their productivity, increase their will power, and be …

How I Learnt to Juggle Clubs in 30 Days
Ever since I completed my challenge to juggle 5 balls in 30 days, I’ve wanted to do the same challenge but with juggling clubs. I’ve never juggled clubs before, so I thought it would be a great challenge and a new skill to learn. My mum just happened to have a set of 3 clubs, …

Living on Less Than $5 Per Day for 30 Days
Earlier this year, my partner and I wanted to see how cheap we could eat over a month, with the aim of spending less than $5 per day. If you would rather watch my experience of this challenge rather than read, check out the video below! At the start of the challenge, I posted to …

Running 5km for 30 Days
I have been wanting to do a more physical challenge as my previous challenges have been focused more on mental aspects (stop complaining, wake up early, breaking a habit, and learning spanish). I’ve thought I would like to do something with running, and when a friend suggested they needed to get back into a running …

Anytime Fitness 8 Week Challenge
I’ll be competing in the Anytime Fitness 8 Week Challenge, which started on 3rd February 2020. For 2020, one of my goals is to reduce my body fat percentage to 15. And whilst I feel as though I could get there myself throughout the year, I thought that this challenge would be a great way …

Zero to Busking with the Cajon in 30 Days
I have recently purchased a cajon! I love the sound it makes and the ability to just play along to essentially any music. I bought this cajon from Rodrigo Percussion – http://www.linktr.ee/rodrigo_percussion. They make really nice quality cajons and have been doing it for years! What is a Cajón? A cajón (Spanish: [kaˈxon]; “box”, “crate” or “drawer”) is …

Learning Spanish for 30 Days
A challenge that I found interesting which my partner recommended to me was to learn a language. I’ve chosen Spanish because it’s a very common language and I would like to travel to South America in the future. I’ll be learning Spanish every day for 30 days. I’ll be completing this challenge with my partner. …

30 Day No-Complaint Challenge
To watch my video on this challenge, check it out below! I originally tried a 21-day no complaint challenge back in 2016. It was really fun. Every time I complained about something, I restarted the challenge. I failed 2 times very early, only getting a few days in each time. After the 2nd attempt, I …
